Uhh, where's the species tab?

So I am using mods, but I'm just about positive that they wouldn't get rid of a whole tab. Can anyone tell me where the species tab should be? Screenshot for reference.

Its in the menu under the rightmost button

Yeah, they changed this in 1.3 I think.
