Uh, why are my own vassal clans raiding me for loot?

So, apparently my vassal clans have a suicide wish, and have taken to raiding me for loot even though we haven't formed a feud... He's even on my Council!

Is this a bug, or is this a new "feature"? I mean, it's a great way to keep a handle on my clans, since once they're hostile to me I can crush them entirely, but it's getting a bit annoying. Thoughts?

Errrm, in case you didn't know sir, Nomads are allowed to do an Intra realm looting for :

1. Khan vs Khan
2. Khan vs his overlord Khagan

But you can just ignore it since it mostly just take 0,3 g / 4 days since Nomads usually don't have solid holdings. Just make it up by raiding your Christian/Muslim neighbours

Really? I thought that they could only loot other khans that they had a feud with?
