Playing as Venice...

I have all of Italy, the coast of Greece, and expanded up slightly into Europe. I have been in war for the last 15 years or so... Not by my choice. I keep getting attacked. (this is how I have taken over Switzerland, Autria and Bavaria...) I am winning each of these wars, but my BB rating is way out of control. 58 or so.

Anyway to get it turned down, or should I just prepare for constant fights? If so, then I should attack Bulgaria now while it is also fighting Poland... right?

Thanks!

You only have EU3 Complete, so I don't know if you also get the nasty events for being over the infamy limit.
Nah. Those were introduced in DW. My impression is that in Complete, 58 infamy is "screw it, WC time!" territory.

It may not be the most fun option for lategame, but with your wealth and power (I assume) I would just destroy France, Hungary, Spain and if you can GB. Then you can sit out the infamy cooldown in relative peace, as noone poses a threat anymore.

Always assuming he is up for world conquest and ready for the BB wars to commence. If he isn't up for immediate wars with all of his neighbors as soon as truces end then the suggestion to release some vassals is a good one.

First of all, form Italy, and grab Absolute Monarchy for Dat Imperialism CB (universities should have already got you at the necessary tech level). Your greatest enemy should be either Austria or Bohemia, so dismantle HRE and profit.

If you are playing In Nomine, its WC time.

Nice. Normally people would rage about the cascading alliance once they upgrade to DW, but good that you're enjoying the game.

Just remember to not take any province with more than 2 infamy and you should be good
