We could for sure change the starting date for Goldschmidt and if you have more suggestions for nuclear tech team that EU can use let us know. Right now I would need more navy leaders for England(U73).
Here are 3 people that would make nice tech teams. All of them Austrian/German and anti-nazi (I would assume that being anti-nazi is a prerequisite for being available to the EU).

Lise Meitner would be an excellent Nuclear tech team for EU. I think she is available as a tech team in Sweden from 1938. irl she fled Germany and moved to Sweden at that time.
Fritz Strassmann is another. He didn't leave Germany but refused to join NSDAP and also helped hide a Jewish woman.
These 2 could be merged into one team as well. Both collaborated in real life and were focused on Nuclear Fission.

Otto Robert Frisch would be a good option too. In real life he moved to the UK in '33 and then went to the USA to work on the Manhattan Project, moved back to the UK after the war.

Socialist.* Sorry to be a spelling nazi but I can't help to point it out when I see a mistake xD.
If I may suggest another option though: "Revolutionary France". That would be a bit more unique and put a more French flavour on it. France being the birthplace of the revolution and all.

Hi, we have fixed the spelling error for some timeago. I regard it as constructive criticism its spelled sosialist(Socialist) in my own language so made the type for not translating it. Revolutionary France il think about that.

Sweden is using Lise Meitner since the ancient hoi2 times, but I turned Strassmann and Frisch into tech teams. Strassmann was also into chemistry. Frisch could perhapes also be a minister for armament. Very good candidates thanks.
