If you do something ''bad'' like banishing someone, i believe SOME of your vassals might look upon you as a tyrant and therefore... a - 100 to opinion! (Learned that the hard way with Norway, when i banished William the conquer (as he first won, then i won! ^^))

What sbr said plus, I believe if you invite new people to your court they won't have the modifier so it might be a good idea to get a completely new noble from the Intrigue menu rather than granting a title you revoked to someone who witnessed your tyranny.
