Tyranny crashing: High Sierra the cause?

Hello! I got about ten hours into the game without any issues. After I downloaded High Sierra, I now have frequent graphics issues (characters are invisible, portraits and map blacked out), and it crashes usually soon after. The issue also affects Stellaris.

I ran a ticket through the Paradox support system:

... and they sent me here. Any advice on how to resolve the issue would be greatly appreciated.

I've read into it and apparently this is a known issue. I'm going to downgrade back to Sierra and wait for fixes, as this is said to take possibly months to clear this up.

I have High Sierra and have not had a problem with that. I have had a problem with autopause engaging for apparently no reason, though.
