Txt Document for Ringworlds may be written incorrectly?

I could definitely be wrong about this, but according to the wiki the Ringworlds are not meant to be placeable around Pulsars and whatnot, and that is noted in the Dyson Sphere page, but that does not appear to be the case (according to some posts, I've never tried) nor in the txt. file.

Then I have a question about what I circled in red, to my knowledge, doesn't the # sign invalidate a line? Or whatever is to the right of the line, I'm probably wrong about it, but just thought I should point it out anyways.

I'm probably wrong, but it's better to just put it out there just in case I'm not.

It makes the custom tooltip not show up. I'm not sure what's the purpose of it not showing up when the check for planets is made anyway.

I can confirm that the Txt is not correct, or at least is not written properly according to the wiki.

Fix should be simple, copy lines I circled from the Dyson Sphere to Ringworld.

As for the planet check, I believe it was supposed to verify that there were at least 4 planets in the system or something, but that wasn't written to check for that properly.
This is the script itself, to my knowledge, it doesn't check for planets it checks for no habitable ones. Lol, then again its impossible for a system to have no planets, so that check wouldn't work. They'd need to rewrite it altogether, originally there was supposed to be a minimum planet count, there is none that I saw in the Txt file.

I'm doing all the due diligence here, @Paradox you guys should at least resell the founder pre-order species pack, I was away from my computer before Stellaris came out, never got a chance to preorder, picked up a few days after launch xd.

Secondly, I can confirm that in this occurrence, my Ringworld bug did not reoccur, but I did specifically avoid any and all systems that had irregularities that would otherwise be blocked by the script (Asteroid Field, Neutron Star, Pulsar).

Thus far progress on my new Ringworld is going well.

Have noticed that the 'green' building of the ringworld segment (the visual indicator that the Ringworld segment is being worked on; this is prior to the planet being spawned), is mispositioned. I'll show via pictures, the degree of the orbit should probably be modified so that they are more in line with where the actual planet-segment is being placed. They are put side by side in the building-of the segment (which is incorrect), whereas once it's finished it 'jumps' to the middle of the segment (where it's supposed to be on Ringworlds).

Notice how Habitable Segment B and Ring Section D are flush together, they shouldn't be.

Look below at Imperial Court and Ring Section A, they are flush together during the building process (which looks better imo), but then 'jump apart'. Habitable Section B IS Ring Section A btw, for reference.

@LizardCommander Hi, the the reason dyson spheres can not be build around neutron stars and pulsars is that they simply don't fit into the dyson sphere entity we have, this doesn't really happen with the ringworld, thus we allow it.

I'll be looking in to the rest of the issues a bit more, thank you for the reports.
