1) allow us to create templates/loadouts for empire requisitions. At higher empire levels, I have hundreds of requisitions to search through. It'd be great if I could favorite a few loadouts instead of hunting and pecking for the ones I like.
2) in the empire requisitions screen (before you load a map), please list the secondary objectives. The primary objectives are already listed there, but the secondary ones can definitely inform which requisitions I pick. For example, if the secondary objectives are hard to complete, then I choose requisitions with low costs. If the secondary objectives are easy to do, then I pick higher cost requisitions. Currently you have to back out out of the requisition screen to see the secondary objectives, which is annoying.
