I'm doing a playthrough as Two Sicilies. Overall I enjoyed it, but one big issue I have is with its map color. It's a bit too close to the default grey map color in my opinion, and often I think I haven't gone back to the political map mode and am looking at some map mode where I'm greyed out (like the HRE map mode). Here is a screenshot on the Great Powers map mode. It's more noticeable in North Africa, but in Greece (my vassal) and central-south Italy it's less clear.
Maybe the color could be made lighter or darker to contrast better with the default grey color.
I also hope Two Sicilies can get its own unique missions rather than carrying on Neapolitan missions (or the forming nation's). Its national ideas also are very Sicily-oriented, which I feel should put more emphasis on Southern Italy as Two Sicilies is a union of the two areas.
