Sure, you can use my mod as a base. I've been thinking Austria should get some reward for winning the leadership in germany war for a while now, I'd do it slightly differently though:
1. Austria wins the war by controlling the Prussian part of Silesia, by controlling Berlin and by occupying 10% of Prussia.
2. Austria gets an event syaing "We won the war!" or something, and it gains a few pretige points, as well as Prussian Silesia (except for Görlitz). Peace is made by Prussia.
3. Prussia gets the first "Fall of Prussia" event, and secedes Siliesia except Görlitz to Austria.
4. France gets an event, which sleeps the Prussian war of unification events.
5. The same events as for Prussia happens to Austria (Luxembourg crisis).
6. Around 1870 Austria can choose to become a German empire (Austria gets cores on South Germany (the provinces with a main culture of South German), as well as the Rhineland.) or not (prestige loss for not). Becoming a german empire raises hungarian militancy (+4 maybe).
7. The south german states can join Austria if they have over 150 relations with Austria. Austria can either keep relations high to get this or DoW them since they have claims on them.
8. France is upset about this (trigger being south german states not existing + german empire so either way of Austria getting them triggers this) so can can DoW. If Austria wins France gets "Fall of France" and secedes Alsace-Lorraine, if France wins the south german states are released and france satellites them.
9. If France and Russia have high relations Russia may join the war. A 2nd rarer event should also get Russia involved even if they don't like France. If Russia joins and Austria loses they also have to give up ukrainian land to russia, free any balkan states they have annexed and give up some land to existing ones. This should also happen if France and Russia are allied, bring them into the war without events. Austria winning when russia is involved should annex serbia provided they are not still an OE satellite and perhaps get WI from russia.
10. step 8 and onwards in your chain except it should be Austria that Dows when Prussia refuses to give up the rhineland.
