Played as France. After taking Damascus, an event fired to allow me inherit Syria. The problem is, I started my Syrian conquest from British territory (my base is too far), thus there were two provinces under British control, and they didn't return these provinces to me. I guess this event was designed to give France an exclusive control over Syria. If so, this situation apparently violates the original intention. Is there anyway to avoid this unpleasant "mistake"?
I've also noticed that there was a very high partisan activity(around 20%) after Syria/Lebanon was conquered. This is ridiculous because when I started the game(I mean, before vichy), there was only 1% pa there. I also started a 41 scenario in which France controls Syria/Lebanon and found the pa is 0! I don't know why there is difference.

acceptall cheat when asking for the provinces from the UK.

Also, maybe the high dissent factors in pro-independence in Syria/Leb esp after the Germans tried to encourage the Iraqis in 1940.

I think it is far more ridiculous for a conquered nation to have only 1% partisan activity, not the other way around. It's an occupied country! The danger of an uprising in the European colonies should be higher than that anyway. Just deal with those 20% partisans. It's not as if that it is a game-breaker. :)
