i'm curious on how the game lets you gain these ranks.
i was checking the photos on facebook and i noticed that from photo:

it seems you need to gain some sort of favor? since the option to get the Jugoi rank nor the other options for that matter seem to be highlighted... i could be wrong though as i am yet to play the game and see for myself how highlighted options look like...
anyways, how do you exactly get the rank and how do you get higher ones? and i assume these ranks vary in the honor bonus hey give, since there are 10 tiers
