I'm not sure how many positions are still available, but I'd like to get involved. If you want me, here is a list of my preferred positions, in descending order of wantingness:
1. A Soviet theatre commander, preferably North/Leningrad Front if it's available.
2. Soviet theatre commander, Central/Byelorussian Front.
3. EDIT: Damn, missed it. I'll take the Soviet Chief of Staff then, assuming I don't get sacked in the first month.
4. Head of Government or Head of State of anybody, assuming I'd be working in close co-ordination with whoever's playing the game, and not actually playing it myself. Basically the right-hand man, or Minister of Second Opinions
5. The head of an Axis minor (HoS, HoG, or CoS), but I suspect that they'll be militarily controlled and thus under the purview of the German Chief of Staff, right?
Don't worry about my writing contributions, I can take care of it, and keep up with the writing of anybody here. Check out my sig if you're skeptical.
BTW, what's up with the HoS and HoG split? Shouldn't Germany's HoS be the one playing the game, facing off against the Soviet HoG? The Soviet HoS would have practically nothing to do but report on his latest rubber-stamping, though the German HoG might be busy. I can try my hand as the Soviet HoS, though I suspect I'd be quite bored.
