TWO ISSUES : missing CoA's + aprutium province isn't playable

Okay so I'm about to start CK2 fresh install + latest CK2+ mod (but i only checked the flavourful titles mod, i wanted to try vanilla first)

So first, CoA's are instead black voids. I did as told to do here http://steamcommunity.com/app/203770/discussions/0/810922320200460629/ but while that seemed to solve most CoAs the HRE and Byzantium still have black CoAs. I tried doing as the link instructed multiple times to the same effect.

Also, why is Aprutium greyed out/unplayable ? I'm not loading from an old savegame, I'm starting a new one (start date "The Mongols" as Genghis Khan)

Never mind, after couple of trial-and-error I've come to the conclusion that ticking ONLY flavourful titles without CK2+ ruins the CoAs. Also, I find it strange that they renamed the province of Aprutium to Teate. Anyway I'll bring this up in the appropriate forum but if anyone who reads this already has answers, go ahead and post !
