two gameplay related questions

Hi i just started playing Eu:rome for the first time and theres some mechanics that i dont queit understand yet.

1. How do i move my capitol from one province to another?
2. How do i turn a province in to a core after conquering it?

1. You can't.
2. A conquered province will become core over time: usually 25-50 years.
