Two CK Complete questions

Just bought a boxed copy of CK Complete and it is pre-patched to 2.1beta. Is this
the latest beta patch of okt 08?

And; would I be advised to install DVIP too?

Most likely not, it probably has the June 2008 patch

As Veld said, the patch on CK Complete is old, so better install the latest one ... just to be sure.

I would strongly advice that you get either DVIP or TASS mods, as they make the game better.

Since you cannot have both installed on the same CK-DV installion at the same time, I would advice, that you try both out in the following way:

- Patch your CK-DV to the latest beta patch.
- Take two copies of your CK folder
- In each of the two copies install the DVIP or TASS
- Keep the original folder as is ... if something goes wrong while playing around with various mods, you have a clean copy, and don't need to re-install the game.

Then find the mod you prefer, and you can then add various mini-mods if needed.
