I was playing as Germany in 1936 bolted campaign 1.02b.
In september 1939, the ultimatum for Danzig happened but, even Poland did not accept and there was the DoW, nothing happened.
there was no war with Poland
Then, in France, even I was able to capture Paris, happened the Vichy event, France accepted, but NO Vichy happened, and France continued to fight as usual
thanks

User Error.

Just Teasing. I have never encountered experiences similar to what you are describing. It sounds bizarre to me and I doubt anyone will be able to explain it as I believe it is an isolated event. The best advice is likely to remove everything and then do a fresh reinstall of HOI, the patch, and the mod. If, after a new install, you continue to have these types of results or if other people are having similar experiences and it is not an isolated event, then it will take some additional investigation - though I personally would not quite know where to start.

Tiso :

Your statements frankly don't make any sense in the context of what I know of the game and event structures, so I really can't help you much.

There is no way the Danzig or War event would fire, Poland not accept, and for no war to follow, unless there is an entire event file missing.

As I said, no one has ever reported any problem like this before, nor has anything like that happened in any of my tests (which is about 300 games).

I can only conclude that your install for some reason did not copy some event files to the proper locations.

I can't comment on the first problem, but the second is certainly not a Bolt issue. I've had that happen to me in v1.0 of the game without any addons. It is simply a bug. I would guess that the other issue that you can across also falls into that group.

another problem: playing with Japan, bolted 1.02b, I hadn't the election in 1937:(

1st, I didn't change anything in any of the elections.

2nd, the 1937 Japanese "election" is really a military takeover of the government. As a result there is not guarantee that this event will actually happen in 1937. Just like any event with multiple choices and triggers, it might not happen at all, or if Japan is AI they might choose to keep current or elect left (either case representing the possibility that the military did not act to takeover the government).
