fly for 12 hours.. sleep some..
then for 2 days.. meeting 1 press guy, idle around at union square in the sun and rest for 1h, another meeting.. another hour of wait.. another meeting..
then fly 12 hours home..

Oh, I get it now! You come for the sun, something Sweden doesn't get very much of huh? The press-guys are just an excuse

I hope at least you get to sample some fine American cuisine and have more time to dine then just a quick bite at McDonald's. I'm not familiar with local restauraunts in SF but a fine chain that I like the food and desserts is the Cheesecake Factory.

I encourage you to sample one of their cajun dishes.
