Hi all! We have launched a video series aimed at giving a quick overview of Age of Wonders! This is intended to be a source for basic information about the game as well as help out those new to the series. Do leave your feedback down below!

Though I appreciate those new videos, their author seems to be in a desperate hurry. He should have taken some time to really show things not haste through his own videos to set some new video speed records. Way to fast for my taste!

edit: Potato just answered in Youtube: He was not offered more time for the videos. Sorry to hear this. For the amount of time he was allowed to use, he made good videos and covered many aspects.

I would have appreciated more indepth coverage with less hasty spoken words. There are many not native english speakers out there. Perhaps Paradox is able to offer more time for the next videos. Please!

BTW, I would not call them tutorials. They are teasers. Tutorials show you indepth how to do things. These videos hurry through some of the possible options, they show, not educate. If Paradox would have allowed more time for the videos, they could have become tutorials.

i am with you, they are trailers for certain aspects of the game in my book, quite interesting if you want to see a glimpse of something but i would remove the "tutorial" part of the video naming, they aren't really explaining anything.

now if you want good tutorials i personally favor dastactic which always makes a good tutorial series and also plans one for age of wonders 4.

his tutorial videos are about 30 min. long and the first 3 minutes or so are short versions of a certain aspect, explaining the core princicpel and functionality behind and the rest is an indepth look at the systems of that aspect the video is about.

Agree 100% with Das being GREAT with tutorials. Party Elite also is 'up there' with tutorials. Pravus and Potato are also great overall, IMO.

Just a followup, I started watching Das' videos yesterday. He is the KING of tutorials!! Cannot wait for this to release. Thank you for selecting him.
