Tutorial: Increase the Fleet

I decided to play the tutorial my first time through. I got to the title stage.

The counter stopped going up at 4/10 corvettes built, 1/1 admirals built.

(Around the same time, I went into a war and the war score eventually froze until the enemy surrendered)

It's dozens of years later, and I'm still at 4/10 corvettes built, even with 70 total corvettes in my fleet.

Hi, thank you for your post.
I'm not sure what has gone wrong here as I was unable to reproduce this in a fresh game, and when loading your save the Tutorial progress is updated when building more Corvettes.
I will make a bug report for this regardless and hopefully it can be solved.

Very odd! I've kept playing since uploading, and the counter still doesn't update on my end.

may be it checks for some kind of specific corvette?
