I'm sorry to report that two tutorial bugs previously reported are still alive in well when running 1.05 and 1.05b. These are the tutorial bugs which appear:
1) In the Resources tutorial when you try to trade on the world market (the box stays up and the tutorial does not continue on)
2) in the Military tutorial it similarly stops when showing you how to get information about your division
I did a search and it looks like these bugs were previously reported and subsequently thought to have been fixed.
