The language forums we have now are mostly a result of distribution contracts we had in areas serviced by those languages.
However with the changing realities of distribution and the growing reliance on digital distribution, those issues become moot.
So it is perhaps time to look more closely at these issues going forward.
One issue is that for legal and practical reasons we need native speakers to monitor the content of other language forums, these people also need to be fluent in English, no one on staff to my knowledge speaks Turkish.
But the idea has been planted now in my brain we will see if it germinates.

@Castellon, just want to inform you, there already is a decent Turkish community for Paradox Int. in this site: http://www.paradoxfan.com/forum/index.php So we won't have a problem like "too little number of users in the Turkish community". I guess many members could move here.
Note: I can speak English fluently and have experience on how forums and moderators work. (a really well known person in the Turkish Taleworlds community) I could apply for a moderator position.

Maybe you could also open Russian sub-forum? Same issue as in OP, not every Russian player knows English good enough.
