Cool, and an impressive OOB for a medium power. Good to know the gist of what I'll be dealing with in my first multiplayer game, I got Turkey :D! The interwar and WW2 period certainly was a unique time for Turkey, especially when Kemal Ataturk was at the helm. Thanks for looking into the OOB!

Roughly.

Convert armor and planes to their respective types (light, medium etc.) then add them to game.As far as I understand;every nation's weapons has same stats at the same tier.Variants will make the difference.

My spies tell me you found this here : http://members.tripod.com/marcin_w/index-2.html#TURKEY

The issue you'd be facing is that given HoI IC mechanism, TUR would never produce enough IC to reach its 1941 level, nor its 1943.

So for game purpose, you might have to create an hybrid OOB.

With the tanks and planes they can be placed in a one to one ratio but with things like the artillery those are pretty small numbers and would doubt they would count for anything extra in the template other that what organic artillery is included in an inf Div, or maybe a few support art brigades at best.

I am really confused, why we havent money and unit trade in HOI 4. Because it is really fit with the game and mechanics. Maybe later they put money and unit trade and it will help a lot with minor nations gameplay and historical OOB. But for now I guess minor nations get some historical unit in the begining after that they can produce some generic units and some lend-lease units from alllies.

Don't you worry, we will probably have more than 200 € worth of DLCs by next year.

The HOI3 economy was a strange hodgepodge of concepts and was unneessarily complex and inherently uneven and subject to abuse (such as debt).

On the international level, goods and services trade for goods and services - the game gets around the problems of barter and bilateral trade by representing the role of money as a medium of exchange through trading consumer factory production for resources or whatever. It is clean and it works. Once complaint might be that you can't pile up a stock of consumer goods for later trade, but you can pile up stocks of military equipment and that fits a war game. Excessive hoarding is discouraged, however, since the military equipment can become obsolete.

Not clear what the "unit trade" problem is. There may be a lot of trading and granting equipment going on. Turkey looks like they put together an interesting collection of equipment from all factions.- especially the air force.

Variants should allow almost all tanks, aircraft, and ships to be represented by type as they were, so there is no need and indeed no place for a generic "Light Armor" - for example.
