So as USSR Turkey wants.to do their thing with the Straits and if I go to war I get -250 PP.

Is this basically giving me nudge that I'm suppose to swallow it and let them do their thing? Especially with the Paranoia thing. I'd be -200 amd gaining like .62 a day. Roughly take me a year to break even just on the daily tick.
