Succession war is OK, you defend your Austrian throne from Hungarian pretenders. LIke there was a succession war in early 17th century for Russian throne between Russian nobles who supported Romanov dynasty and Poles who wanted Wladyslaw as russian tsar.

Most companies will leave a game with bugs forever. You're lucky you enjoy Paradox games, who are one of the few devs who continue to support their old games with new content and new bug fixing even 3 or 4 years after release.

I believe both of those have been fixed in 1.13.

So no vacations for anyone involved with any programming on any sort of difficult scale. Regardless if there is obvious bugs, i'd still think nothing is bug free.

Now if you want games that aren't released and completely bug free before the company even makes a cent then don't expect any of them companies to last. Or should they release it and then give up any sort of personal life until such game suits your 100% bug free ideals?
