When I was confronted by the blood chanter and Nunoval, after the encounter I had this strange message regarding gaining wrath with Tunon (I previously had none). In case the pic isn't big enough, the first entry under the Wrath section says: *Missing reputationchangereasons 20*.

Thinking back on it, I did also free the beastman from the citizens around that time. I chose the option to free him and let the citizens know that if they gave him trouble they'd answer to me. I got some Tunan's wrath for that action too. What a jerk.

Same here. The bug appeared after the latest patch (1.0.2), in the previous version the first dialogue option didn't affect Tunon's Favor/Wrath anyhow.

The same in Russian version (no any records at all), but I do not understand why i lose reputation with Tunon? The beastman is not assassin, so why Tunon - pillar of justice, is angry with me? =)

The bug was addressed in patch 1.0.3, but now the reason for reputation change looks odd: "You used your authority as a Fatebinder of Tunon to issue a judgement in our favor". There wasn't enough evidence to sentence Left-Claw. Somehow quest "Return to the Wild" starts even if Kills-in-Shadow isn't in the party (thus unable to ask to do anything), which could explain why there's any gain from declaring Beastman's innocence.

Hello @Hawke64,

Well, there is definitely a typo here that the rep change should end in '...in your favor.' instead of '...in our favor.' that may be leading to some of the confusion.

If you make a ruling on Left-Claw's innocence/guilt without gaining all the evidence, you will garner some wrath with Tunon. The evidence in this case is gathered by speaking with the villagers to hear what they know/have seen.

Did you sentence Left-claw without speaking with the villagers?

I'm quite certain that I spoke to all named villagers (Merisa, Grayson, Isadora, Haygren, Cera, Irene, Aleros and Scovik the Earthshaker), checked the entrance of the village, examined the Beastman. No one saw anything and I couldn't determine whose blood was on Left-Claw. So, "innocent until proven guilty".

If it matters, I was on Anarchy route after breaking alliance with the Disfavored in another region.

I forgot to mention that in the game build 1.0.1, one of the options allowed to free Left-Claw and didn't lead to wrath from Tunon, if I'm not mistaken, it was available after talking to Merisa, Greyson, Cera, Haygren and Left-Claw. In build 1.0.2 both options were causing Tunon's wrath with *Missing reputationchangereasons 20*, in build 1.0.3 the reputation change description was fixed.

Firstly, thank you for attempting to fix this issue. Secondly, are both screenshots correct (on the 1st Tunon's Wrath may be gained, on the 2nd it may not; replies #2 are the same)?
(v.1.1.1.0059, NG+, Anarchy path).

Hello @Hawke64,
I believe the intended difference between those screenshots, is that in one you have fully investigated the issue and are making a judgement call (which Tunon is ok with), and in the other you have not fully investigated it, and are just throwing your weight around, which displeases Tunon.

Having encountered this bug RE: Left-Claw and Tunon's wrath, I appreciate the clarification.

However, the game in its current state (original game, Disfavored path, should be on v.1.1.1.0094) reflects the opposite. You can only avoid Tunon's wrath (Hawke64's 2nd image) if you free Left-Claw without getting all available evidence.

You incur Tunon's wrath for the same judgment if you fully investigate, i.e. tell Left-Claw that you will hear more evidence, get the rest of the testimony from Left-Claw and the villagers, and then free him with a warning. Your Reputation page shows that deciding to free Left-Claw, not how you arrived at that decision, angered Tunon. Which is strange, of course, given the wrath-less option above and the information in this thread.

Please refer to the attached screenshots for the difference between the complete (1-7) and incomplete (8-9) investigations. Please note that I spoke with the same villagers, chose the same dialogue options, etc. leading up to the screenshots. Apologies for any unnecessary details, and thank you for your attention to this issue.

Edit: unfortunately, I missed the dialogue option chosen between images 5 and 6. It was option 2, the same text as chosen in image 8.

Game version v1.22.1.0157, Anarchy Route, bug still exsists. Even after talking to everyone and realizing that all "evidence" they had was a racist "he was bloody and is a beastman!", I couldn't free Left-Claw without Tunon's Wrath. It could be a character flaw of Tunon of course, to be a raging anti-Beastman racist, but that wouldn't fit his Justice trope..
