No Core claiming, absolutely not, as i said, cores and cultures are there to stop warmongering, these obstacles give everyone more chances to recover from bad decades because it stops the enemy from taking a lot.
We can play on saturdays and sundays, why not? but it depends on others and unfortunately you're only one wanting this. for my part no problem.
Reward system? No, AARs should be made for fun, if we apply a reward system we will lose quality, and we will win quantity. An AAR hasn't have to be a bible or a novel, it can be a diplomatic letter even, 5 or 6 lines, AARs are part of one's role`playing. I will never right an AAR based on my moves, i don't want anyone to know what i exactly did or how, but I'm really interested in others to know my good diplomatic moves.
