Ok good last time the AI took Scotland they ended up with a 250k army (88/month support at 50% maintenance) which forced them to take out 2 500 ducat loans, and jack up inflation 5% to generate money to attempt to pay interest and expenses. All to have a MASSIVE army sit on the island with no ships. In 1480. So you can see why I might have been slightly dismayed after glancing at the stats.

I was quite proud of setting them back on course within seven years, thanks to Leon (Frank) for a small part of that help.

Good session, if quiet. Vassalized and diploannexed Provence, vassalized Bavaria and Sicily. Got a -2 inflation event, so minted for a year to build three refineries in Italy, putting your inflation at a nice, even 2. Trade eff. is way up because of the refineries, a click towards Plutocracy on the DP slider, and Trade 3, and your trade income at this point is something like 20d. Overall income is 80~90. Expanded the navy in order to ferry a bigass army to invade and crush the Sicilians on Malta (thay had 34k on the island, I attacked with 47k, I beat them in one battle with only minor losses thanks to a 5 manuever general), and inherited a little bit of navy in the diploannexation of Provence (NOTE TO THE GM: Edit out the ghost army in Provence). Got 50 artillery in an event that might come in handy for fortress seiging. Got a 5/3/6/1 leader (or was it a 6/3/5/1? Meh...) near the end of the session. No explorers or conquistadors as of yet.

Aaaaaaaaand... that's about it.

I really appreciate ur help...i was kind of in a situation where playing a comp. game was an option. Thanks again JTU...

Hi Ottoman, I was not aware of this and Scotland as you know will never said me those things. Inflation is necessary for building a rush of manucfactories for a little while. Greets! Leon still strongly leading.

Not at all! your in a lost field, it was a profitable loan for Leon and helped me to build many refin's within the nation. I'm agreeing with you in inflation concern but they were alots of good long-term investments for Gds production and Wine exports. Du champagne svp!

-i was wondering if i can ask for a big edit , tho i doubt it wil be accepted or done , i ask anyway......

-as currently my cencus is less then half of prussia , leon , flandern ect andthose that got secnd lowest cencus stil got 2/3 more then me !

-now question is is t possible to "sell" 2goldmines to have my basevalue boosted ? currently value of those goldmines combined are about 190/200 i ask to have taxes boosted by 5 in provs and goldmines changed to grain or something

-now i can do the edits quite easy if tem can't and i can get a list of prov id to

-also note that if boosted my income will decrease as the gold was/is worth 200 ayear and a taxboost of 5in all provs is about 165


and really , the taxes in egypt are pathetic i'm talking about many 2-4basevalue provs , and only 1 prov in my realm that got descent basetaxes with is former oman capitol he is THE ONLY above 10 asfar as i know

well , i used save from stats and edited it the way i proposed just to chek the changed

now without edits i got 160cencus , secund lowest is russia with about 240 cencus while same size ! ,nearly everybody else got about 280-3000or more it seems leon even got 454 !!!
this is crap !!

with edits i would have about 275census and 2 of my own goldmines deleted
isfahan and medinah so stil lowest cencus just descent and my income dropped slightly this way a month

lowest russia at this point is bigger then me and yet got 2/3more cencus then me currently !!!

-anybody thinking 158cencus compared to those numbers and size of egypt ect is longterm doable raise his hand , note that al colonise in this game got pathetic basetaxes and shigure made midle east + persia count as colony basicle wich shouldn't be the case either

and again i was forced to take inflation as uberlow cencus is pathetic currently , unles this edit is accepted egypt wil be forced to nearly never fight a war vs anybody except in endgame wich i doubt anybody except those bordering me would prefer a more active egypt
