TT and CK?

I have Crusader Kings, and I am wondering how Similar is Two Thrones?

Uumm.. Not at all.

Or, well, maybe.

TT does cover an era that is also in CK, and there are units of troops in both.

But TT is a Beer'n'pretzels game based upon Svea Rike III (basically Europa Universalis 1 Lite) while CK is another beast entirely. (Says I)

As do the rules as pertaining to what you can do with the ball and what you are supposed to do to earn points towards victory, and that is just with CK and TT - same environment (arena), same purpose (play ball) but the devil is in the details

LOL. Well, I do not find CK boring. Actually, it can be quite challenging to try an maintain a large kingdom or kingdoms.

I really like CK, even though now I passed to EU2. Which historic period covers Two Thrones? And which one CoTN?

TT lets you play the War of the Roses.
COTN lets you play from 1275-1340 as the three Scandinavian kingdoms + 3 factions around the Baltic.

TT is just a funny, small game...makes me think that i should install it on my computer in the office
