Had a couple of test runs as Guanxhi, but rage quit, since obviously I'm missing something here.
For the NF's I went straight for the Border Conflict with Yunnan. Went Free Trade for the factories.
Meanwhile, Yunnan has 4 divisions and 1 MIL.
1) First research: Support Weapons I and Infantry Weapons I.
2) Didn't build any more troops than the starting 9 divisions.
3) Exercised and updated my divisions to 10 width. Full strength and max experience.
Try number 1:
My 6 divisions with better equipment lost. Why? Yunnan can reinforce while in combat, while all of my divisions are engaged until they all run out. Even though Yunnan lost their ORG, all of a sudden another fresh division shows up in combat...

Result: I had 4 in combat and 2 in reserves, plowed through their ORG like butter, but they could just keep reinforcing all the time, dropping in and out of combat with full ORG. Lost again to the 7 (8-10 width) divisions they had...
WTF is this sh*t? Am I doing something wrong or is this just normal, the AI can reinforce, but I can't? How am I supposed to prepare for these conflicts? Now it feels like you're just throwing away PP for some stupid AF crap shoot, and as Guanxhi there's not much else to do unless you go United Front...
