Me, I'd use some roundabouts for those four-way stops to the west of Moore Square. I'd probably remove that extra bridge and redo the connection on the north side of the river so you can direct traffic along the major route. Odds are that second bridge will become a bigger problem over time rather than alleviate traffic on the main route. Just my two cents of course.

add more ways to get on the highways (top map) - MAX 2.

Your blocks are very very long. shorten them. cutten em in half will do. might need 3.

Sidenote - does your dam work ?

Yes it works, It is only putting out between 48mw to 80mw. If I put it on the other side where my Nuke plants are. I could get up to 1700 mw, with something that big. It would almost drain the water. But then I would have trouble with the ships. I'm thinking about getting rid of it anyway. Cause I have 9 Nuke plants running most of the city. I'm using 25 instead of 9 tiles. I'll give it a try about shorting the blocks.

Hard to tell from the one image (I can't tell if I'm looking at vehicles all lined up in the red areas or if that's just my eyes, or simply part of the road). As others have said (elsewhere) "red" traffic does not necessarily mean bad traffic, it just means that there is a lot of usage of that road, so take a look at the roads and see if the traffic is actually lined up for ages and teleporting out of the area or if it's working pretty smoothly and flowing okay then you need do nothing about it.

one obvious thing to do would be to curve that 6 lane avenue towards the city instead of having it T into that small street. They are all clearly trying to turn right there, if you curve it and continue it up to the next avenue more cims would use the left and middle lanes. You could also connect it to the highway it is going up and over... I would imagine for many of the cims that would create a new faster route.
