I'm trying to add Iceland in the game for a friend who wants to play as the country. This is my first time modding anything in any game. Of course this is nonhistorical so i'm just trying to fit it in. I have the land set aside and resources set aside in the land. Also I made Iceland able to be chosen in the scenario with the appropriate flag.
My problem is that I can't assign them any tech teams or ministers although I managed to get the military leaders in there. To make things simple for me i'm just trying to make them a fascist denmark. So i'm trying to copy over the same tech teams and copy over the dictatorship ministers.
I mad their own inc file. Also made their own files in the ministers and tech teams folder and have anything that says DEN in those files say ICL which I have in the original 36 eug file as an added country.
No matter what I do when I start the game everything is perfect except no ministers or tech teams for Iceland. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong or how one would go about doing this although I believe i'm on the right path.
