After a 30 mins long struggle trying to find the perfect balance between a good country's color and flag, I decided that I wanted to conquer India as Bastar (their flag is amazing). However, I have tried 6 times so far and miserably failed all the time.
My first moves before unpausing are these:
1) Ally Orissa (if they start hostile restart the game)
2) pick the "Remove Chandar from the map" mission to get immediate CB on them to be able to declare war on them as soon as orissa allies me
After that, I declare war on chandar, destroy them with orissa and vassalize them to have a larger army. at the same time I start fabricating a claim on gondwana who is a vassal of Malwa I think, ally jharkand, declare war on gondwana, take some provinces and vassalize malwa. However, I get stuck after that and end up getting destroyed by the bahmanis because they form this unstoppable alliance with Jaunpur and Bengal Every. Single. Game. It also just seems impossible to ally either jaunpur or bengal because they never change their attitude from Neutral and not even a royal marriage gets me enough favor from them to form an alliance. In one game I got to ally Viyajanagar and still got destroyed by this brutal bahmanis alliance. Not to mention vassal states are retarded (even when using this new thing to tell them more or less what to do), and made me lose the one time I came close to beating that triple alliance because they didnt stack with my army, moved away got destroyed and just as I was making a comeback, Orissa signed peace giving them half their provinces and thus rendering it impossible to beat them in a future war.
