This just came through my mind

If I finish a war with ottomans in 1550(100% war score, 15 years truce until 1565) , then in 1551 I attack Ragusa, which is guaranteed by ottomans, and they enter the war, THEN I end the war with the otto in 1555(or even before) with a WHITE PEACE, then...what will happen? The truce will now be of only 5 years until 1560 or...what?

If you get into a war with someone you have a truce with, that truce will be cancelled. So yes, you'd get the new and shorter truce in your case.
