You should only see one scenario the 1936 TRP one. If you see nothing it means you probably ran the TRP.BAT file more than once and deleted the scenario folder. Please follow the installation instructions word for word.

Sounds like you have a bad install please follow the instructions from the download page.
Does this bad boy use mod switch? Luckily DD is quite quick in copying

DD is so good alone, I haven't really tried any other mods other than HSR and that was for HoI regular.

What does it mean if it has trouble with a video (I told it to ignore it) and then bombs out?

The icon it creats on the desktop is trying to run the game in Window mode. Open the icons properties and delete the word WINDOWED and you should be fine.
When will the next version comes? And I hope the new version will contain a better American AI, because America never attack Japanese forces... The date is 1946
