TRP accurate combat?

You guys sure that TRP's combat system is historically accurate? I never conquer Poland and France as fast as IRL. Poland goes down in week 3 and sometimes in week 4 and France took me 2 months. Whenever I face an army sized group, 9-12 units, It seems it will take a force of about 30 divisions to make the battle last about 3 days, otherwise, it will last weeks.

Secondly, is TRP viable in MP? I doubt anyone could bear all the pausing from shift clicking attacks.

I don't get your point. IRL Poland fell in 4 weeks and France in almost 2 months. What's wrong in your game? You have same historical outcomes...

No, that is not history. What you experienced is exactly what happened IRL.

Poland fell in 3 weeks.
France fell in one month and some days.

Actually France fell in 2 months, Poland took almost 1 month.

So a two-month battle for France in TRP is very close to historical one.

I also conquered Poland in 1 month but Frnace fell in less than month.In the beginning of may I declared war on all of the low countries and the quickly made a breakthrough in northern Belgium and went through their capital and crossed the border with just a few panzers.Later the infantry arrived but in this time I was fighting with french in the forest of Ardenes and Luksembourg.i used my forces there just to prevent french armies reinforcing the north.I suceeded and my panzers went deeper in french teritory.On 20th of may Paris was in german hands.On 25 may the french surrendered.British and belgians fight to death for their allies in Metz.And for now the war in SU is going just like historically.I quickly advanced through Baltian states but in south did'nt make much and went to river Dnepar.In the center of the front my armies were in front of Moscow.Now as I am playing already in 1942 I conquered Leningrad, Moscow is under siege, Crimea is mine, I am next to Stalingrad, my forces already in Caucasus and Finland control all of Carelia(with my aid).It is far more chalenging than pure Doomsday.Great mod overall!

how fast u go of course also has a lil bit to do with tactics and how good u r as a player . the better u r with the trp system obviously the faster u win.
