tried 2 separate games it seems the ai is averse to researching the radar tech path. we're in '44 japan hasn't researched any of them and uk, usa, soviets + germany only researched the first radar tech. again no idea if this is a problem or designed just putting it out there in case it needs attention

So far, bug reports for 1.02 haven't been critical. There's a CTD issue with the British Raj that i mentioned some days ago and we had to find out recently that both the second Heavy BB and modern submarines (1948+) techs can't be unlocked correctly.
Aside from these two malfunctions, we're currently focussing on AI and OOB related topics that will need some test runs before we will be able to release a patch. Moreover, we still have no information if or when a final DH patch 1.04 (that probably requires new TRP files, too) might be released.

All in all, we don't plan to release an update soon, but we're of course going to react if necessary.

:Trading for money isn't very effective in our mod. Supplies or even resources should give you much better results.
I cant trade anyting....I tried to make trade agreements by giving 100 supplies and 100 money for 0.1 metal or rare materials....but chance is always 0.... How is it possible to do so? I cant understand!

You have to pick your target, Man0lo. At different points in the game some nations just won't trade with you no matter what you offer. So you have to find the ones that will and make the best of it. They won't necessarily be able to give you everything you want or need but that's part of the challenge of the game - adjusting your play to the means at your disposal. One thing you will find, though, is that the designers have built in "safety" trades so that when a resource stock is heading downhill fast you'll generally get a trade offer of that commodity.

Ok! I ve tried to trade 100 Supplies;100 money;100 Energy and 50 oil for 0.1 Rare Materials from Yugoslavia that I have +40 relations but the chance was still 0! Plus in the standard DH ...you could improve your relations by trading goods even with countries that you had -100!!

Any country is reluctant to trade away resources as long as it hasn't reached its desired critical stockpile. Maybe it's just way too early in the game for this trade partner? Normally, you trade rare materials with countries like Finland, Sweden, Japan, China and Austria...or maybe some nations in America.
My problem has been solved ....I let the time to run a lil more...and then I was able to trade ...Thx for the advice!

Yes, time is very much a factor in trades. I normally wait until the 1st of March before making any attempts. I start with rare's, usually trying South Africa, Peru and Mexico (in that order). I offer .5 money and .5 supplies. This will normally get me 12.5 to 13.3 rare materials at a 28% chance. Since I don't normally want to much money or supplies going out I will stop if SA accepts. I will then do the other nations with large surplus's of rare's several months later (spaced out depending on their response). I do the same thing with metal's and the nations that have high outputs. I usually have to wait longer for those nations to start a trade. With some nations the longer you wait sometimes you will get even more of the requested item for the same .5 & .5 at 28%. It all attempts fail, I wait a few days and try again later. At this stage of the game it is not that critical yet.

I think I found a small bug. After aiding the Italians in the conquest of Egypt (they annexed) I noticed the percent revolt rate was 0 in all of the provinces except 1. El Ghardaqah was at 22% and all of the surrounding provinces were 0%. Is this right? Also along this topic line (partisans - a pain in the neck ), I have a thought. I notice the Italians never seem to produce garrisons with an MP brigade. Even 1 with a line of 5 to 10 would seem prudent for them. I don't know how hard this would be to implement or the overall impact on Italy's AI strategy. The other thing that I think would seem logical would be to brigade more of their light infantry with artillery. It would give them a little more punch and aid in defense. I'm not sure how much this would adversely affect their economy, since artillery is sort of expensive to produce. I'm not suggesting all of their infantry get artillery just a few more divisions. Anyway just love this mod, by far my favorite. The challenge is nice.:);):D

To be honest: We're still looking for where to define the standard partisan activity levels. *g*
So this simply is an aspect that we haven't touched yet.

Also along this topic line (partisans - a pain in the neck ), I have a thought. I notice the Italians never seem to produce garrisons with an MP brigade. Thanks for the hint. I'm currently reviewing all research and brigade distribution AI settings and i'll put an eye on additonal brigades for Italy. Sadly enough, the brigade building AI still is somewhat...obstinate. ;)

Anyway just love this mod, by far my favorite. The challenge is nice.:);):D

Thx, very glad to hear. :)

I've been wanting to play this Mod but I want to retain my original graphics. What are the vital files I'll need for the "heart" of the game? Or maybe it's easier to explain which folders and files I should leave out? With the exception of the unit icons (models), I'm assuming I should leave out the entire GFX folder. I'm thinking there might be some files in the config folder (Buttons) I should leave out too?

@Pasha: Well, i'd have to figure that out myself before telling you. It's been a while that we put hands on this topic. If you want to retain the icons, don't touch the gfx\models folder. Skins and sprites are located in distinct folders, too. As for the rest, it won't be that easy since these files aren't stored in a single folder and you'll need some of them for the icons to be displayed properly.

BTW: What is it with TRP graphics that you dislike?

No worries, there's no need to go through all that trouble. I've already figured out how to use my map icons (resources, ports, air fields, AA, etc.) and, sprites, and skins. But I like your map graphics anyway. My only issue (and it's a matter of personal taste, not anything wrong with it) is with the interface and I think it's a modified version of DH 1.02? But in the big picture, it's a very minor thing. I'll download the latest version tonight.
