Hm. Okay. Your "germany" is far far away from being able to fight the red army ^^
You should use most of your manpower before u launch Barbarossa. 2000 manpower in pool is a suicide mission against the red waves. In typical constellations you can get more than 600 IC with germany. This is a big industrial power to build up your modern and mechanized army. All in all u can optimise germany much better. Build IC till 1938 and use all of your manpower and your results will be different.
One thing i have noticed is the fact that the red army is already producing light infantry. This guys enforce the number of divisions of the red army. At the moment i'm checking this guys because in your save they are available too early. Perhaps there is a bug or someone had attacked the SU before.

Well, on my side, I am trying:
- 4 groups of 5 interceptors to defend the west front of Germany, using the "Scramble" mission.
- 1 multi-role fighter to defend 3 TAC bombers (3 groups in total), with a clear compromise on Range.

I have always wondered...how do you guys organize your Air Fleets in this mod? I am about to start a game with Germany, and IDK if it´s best to mix Ints with Ftrs, or just go for separated fleets...

I prefer to go for specialized, homogenous air fleets (if possible).

When will you release the new version of this great mod?

The latest archive has been uploaded just a few minutes ago and will be ready for download within the next few days. :)
