Troubleshooting

I've downloaded the "Stony Multiplayer *standalone" but it will not work in multiplayer (LAN). It works in singel player, and the ordinary HOI works in multiplayer. The second someones tries to join a hosted games, the host looses his connections and his cast baxk to windows. Any ideas???
I have the 1.04 patch...

my stony road doesnt even launch.

It says excel file missing. do i need excel to play stony road?

Same problem

I downloaded English version 0520 and it won't even load because of missing excel file also. Very annoying. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the original game w/ NApatch 1.04, then stoney. It never works. I don't understand.

Figured it out

You have to install the stoney patch to Program files/Strategy First/Hearts of Iron file. I feel fairly stupid. At least it will load. Nighty, you might want to include where to install the file on the website for us slower people out there. Thanks, I loved the last mod and look forward to this one. Well, I loved everything but those damn Polish forts, heh.

Same problems, version 0520 installs as stated in the sites FAQ, but at startup it gives:
errormessage blink error-cannot open file
then normal menu
then CTD after starting scenario...

1.04 patch installed, Hoi not in standard dir.

Is this getting fixed? Hope so, am looking forward to this mod...

Missing file on 0610?

Downloaded 0610, I already have v1.04 patch installed.

Tried to run Stoney Road and got "unable to open... sr_events_0423.txt" and CTD

Here you can find a preliminary fixed version, at least on a LAN with my PC and a VMware PC it worked now.
