either install or try starting the game, but before the start of the screen was black as if off updating multiple tools and direct X and I went back to try again, this time listening to the game background, but no picture on instead he just says "not optimum mode, 1360x768 60Hz mode recomended" probe switch to that configuration but no change

Hello Robo Rojo,

I'm not entirely certain if I understand correctly what the problem is, do you only see a black screen with music playing in the background or do you have an error popping up? I'd like to hear more details :)

Also please attach a DxDiag:
  • Open your Start menu
  • Type "dxdiag" in the search field (without quotes)
  • Open the dxdiag program
  • A window called "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" should pop up now
  • At the bottom right-hand side, click on "Save all information"
  • Save it to a place where you can find it easily, for example your desktop
  • Open the file and copy and paste the text between [NOPARSE]
    Code:
    [/NOPARSE] tags.

You can copy the line below and paste the text between the orange tags.
Code:
[COLOR="#FFA500"][NOPARSE][CODE][/NOPARSE][/COLOR]paste text here...[COLOR="#FFA500"][NOPARSE]
[/NOPARSE][/COLOR][/CODE]

exactamente como dije, solo pone el cartel de "not optimum mode, 1360x768 60Hz mode recomended", e tratado de actualizar las herramientas de windows, el directX, los drivers, pero nada me ha resultado.

Your desktop's default resolution does not match your screen's capability. Your dxdiag says that the current video mode is 1280x800 but your screen tells you that its optimum resolution is 1360x768 @ 60 Hz. That is the native resolution of the screen.

The game is not starting in a video mode that is compatible with your screen. Try to force it to start in compatibility mode. From the common issues thread:

6. The game does not start (Steam version): Right click steamapps/common/crusader kings 2/ck2.exe, set compatibility to run in 640 X 480, then start from this .exe. Adjust your resolution through the in-game options and exit the game. Remove the check from 640 X 480 box and start the game from steam library. Thanks to hotoru for this tips!

try again, this time skipping the menu .... still asking me change resolution, I have to clarify that normally when other games give me problems like this and put the same notice, the problem is rarely really resolusion, is that the resolution is nothing more than an excuse. a week ago I'm so, and do not know what else

Try to edit the file in My Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\settings.txt to set a video mode that is valid. It looks like this:

Code:
gui=
{
	language=l_english
	has_set_language=yes
}
graphics=
{
	size=
	{
		x=1280
		y=1024
	}

	refreshRate=75
	fullScreen=no
	shadows=no
        ...

Try to change the line for the x value in the "size" section to "x=1360". Change the y value to "y=768". Change the refreshRate to "refreshRate=60". Save the file then try to start the game.

If that does not work for you then try to go back and edit the settings.txt file again and change the line that says "fullScreen=yes" to "fullScreen=no" to force the game to start in windowed mode. Save it then start CK2. After it starts, use the video options in game to select a video mode that your card supports, then exit the game and edit the file again and change it back to "fullScreen=yes" and see if you have a video mode that your card can support properly in full screen mode.
