Trotsky has returned, but I'm in a civil war and at war with Japan.

Hello,
I started this game wanting to take all of Asia. So I took out Iran and made it my puppet, then I justified on Manchukuo and helped the Chinese win. I forgot to do The Great Purge and chose Trotsky, then the civil war started and I had no troops over. Nearly all of my troops have no general and all my troops are in Asia.

What should I do?

not sure if there's much to do except spam lots of divisions as fast as you can! Or move as many as you can over.

Restart and fix your mistakes
First don't do Trotsky, he is now useless
Second, declare war on Japan only if you lost - 5%stability debuff (or do Smerš when you declare)
