Troop Loyalty

Are Troops suppose to stay Loyal to a General that dies? I had a lot of troops that were loyal to a General you start with as Rome, he died a long time ago but troops still are being shown as loyal to him (over a 100 years).

nope, this is a bug. They should either loose the loyalty, or some of them start following one of his sons instead.

btw, are you sure its him they are loyal to? I fixed a bug (after 1.1) where their loyalty was transfered over to his (also dead) father. They could have the same name...

Same here..some cohorts remain loyal to a dead man. He was quite awesome I must admit...but still..you know..fix would be appreciated.

This thread is from 2008 dude. If there's a new loyalty to dead bug, start a new thread.

And it might just be that they're now loyal to the man's son, who may have the same name as his father.
