Trams have simply been great in Snowfall but the game still lacks something for the ultimate in city simulation: that is, trolleybuses! Since trolleybuses are quite widespread in some parts of the world and are enjoying a resurgence in the West, including them in Skylines seems logical. Besides, CO had experience with trolleybuses before, back in CiM, to the point when they were frankly better implemented than trams.

Trolleybuses could occupy a position between buses and trams: hindered by road conditions, but faster and with larger capacity than a bus, and with superior acceleration. Maybe they could also be somewhat cheaper to maintain than buses at the expense of building overhead wires. No off-street tracks, unlike trams, but trolleybuses may fit perfectly into a six-lane road, something buses do but trams lack.

And, frankly, it would be wonderful to have trolleybuses to round out the game's transport system - with buses, trolleys, trams and then high-capacity metros and trains. This is something that modders unfortunately cannot do.

So... trolleybuses? Please?
