I have the same problem. I activated my EU3, I see everything about the game here, even the achievements I got, but I still cant post e.g. in the modifications forum. :/

Actually you do not have EU3 registered (you need the base game) do that and your problems should disappear.

hmm, Take a look at the FAQ that is stickied in this forum, if nothing there helps then go ahead and log a ticket with zendesk like it suggests, if support cannot fix the problem in a timely fashion then PM me and I will take care of it personally.
