Well guys, I've decided to play as a Tribe (Siluri) and I seem to get spammed with the event "disappointed" resulting in a drop of stability. So to put it bluntly, how do I make them shut up? Is there a way to please them, cause I can't even understand what they demand.. thanks.

Open up the government window, it will show you the major clans (families) in your tribe. Make sure that each of those clans has at least one person with a job of some sort, like a tech position or something.

The biggest problem will be in the first year when you can't change any of the tech positions, but after that you should be fine. You might also want to go to the modding forum and download the Unofficial Hotfixes Mod, which helps re-balance the event.

Tribes Stability

I'm playing in a multiplayer game as a tribe and having no problem with the event. In fact, I've unified the tribes and formed Gaul. Yes, it is a pain every once in a while, but as long as you make sure each family has someone assigned to a position you should be fine. If you lose a stab point, you have to lay low for a while and make a sacrafice. Pay close attention to when a clan leader dies because a new family's leader will often replace him, and you will need to make that clan happy. Use the "employed" tab of your character listing to help you make sure you have someone employed from every clan.

In my opinion, dealing with a monarchy or senate is just as difficult, and requires the same amount of care.
