Just when I got my brother, chief under my high chiefdom, to get a positive opinion of me, he passes some Tax Exemption law for himself. Our father enacted small feudal taxation long ago, but controlled both counties. Is it sheer timing that the brother happens to (literally) enact this tax exemption the very day I make his opinion of me above 0? Also, why do my realm laws remain unchanged? How can I view *his* laws? Is there any way to work around this without revoking his title?
