Being able to judge a vassal or whoever really that you've imprisoned. If the veredict comes out guilty depending on the crime you could give out several punishments without taking any penalty to piety, opinion or whatever and you could link it to intrigue as well. Maybe a troublesome vassal has been incarcerated through scheming rather than to any wrong doings and you decide to plot to fabricate evidence so that you may kill him or revoke his titles without anyone getting mad.
You wouldn't need to be someone's liege, maybe you can be befriend the king and fabricate evidence against the duke your under so that when he gets executed he might consider you as a candidate for that title.
The player himself should be vulnerable to this system, sometimes I murder three emperors consecutevely who keep making me spymaster while it is well known that I am responsible for the deaths of their fathers and siblings and I get no punished when really my head should end up in a chopping block.
Thanks for reading.
