Description

This used to not be problem at least from before BBA, a real issue is when you as (example) Canada build transport planes, but they only work in territory that you own.
Personal issue came when trying to fight for El-Alamein but even with 400 transports there was 0 supply being sent out.

I own and have all DLC except for BBA enabled, a friend who owns all the mods including BBA confirmed to me that this is still an issue even with the DLC enabled.

So I had come to conclusion that transport planes only work when being sent from territory controlled by the plane owner.
I just do not see this as intended game design, as it makes no sense, and forces players to give up on existence of transport planes in case of divisions being inside allied territory far away from controller territory.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play a nation that is very close to an ally (in my case I did South Africa)
2. Use add_latest_equipment command to get transport planes and equipment for divisions to consume more supplies (update division templates to be larger so they consume more supplies).
3. Give yourself CP and IC to be able to start a mission and build at least a level 1 airfield if needed (an airfield in Botswana in my case)
4. Start a mission coming from your territory to see your divisions getting air supply.
5. Pull your planes to an airfield inside of a friendly nation (still within range of your divisions), see no air supply being sent.

Are you playing on a save from the previous/older version of the game

No
