Translatin the game into Finnish

Could HoI be translated into Finnish and if it could, how much work it would require. Would only text.csv have to be edited or would it require changing tech and events too.

Event and tech text are in text.csv in un-modded HoI.

Have a look into the files in your config folder. First and foremost of course the mentioned text.csv.
