Granted we do not yet have any inkling how how the overlord-vassal relationship will work in EU4 (versus how it currently functions in EU3) ...
Considering how diplomats will be a limited resource in EU4, I'd like to request that it be possible to transfer multiple provinces at once to a vassal (or in a sale to another nation).
Currently in EU3, you have to burn diplomats one by one, to transfer provinces one by one ... a practice that apparently will be utterly impractical in EU4 considering the restrictions on availability of diplomats.
